The much-anticipated results of the ISPA
Spa Workforce Study are in and the findings
are extremely interesting.
he survey was completed by 1,226 people in the
spa industry across a range of generations,
giving a great snapshot of the spa workforce’s
current situation and needs. This ground-
breaking study would not have been

ISPA’s ongoing research partnership with Pricewaterhouse-
Coopers (PwC) has given the Foundation the tools and
expertise to present the spa industry with innovative and
informative research.
