ISPA Spa Reopening Toolkit. Launched at the
end of April, this collection of tools and resources is
being constantly updated with further guidelines,
research and information. Recent additions include the
April Snapshot Survey—which focuses on the effect of
COVID-19 on spas—and an executive summary of the
Consumer Snapshot Volume X. This rigorous survey,
conducted by PwC, provides insight into what consumers
will expect from spas around treatments, touch, hygiene
and more upon reopening.
