The 30-Day Retail Revolution program teaches teams to use Product Power. It is a simple, guest-friendly way to explain value without ever feeling salesy. Product Power has four parts:
1 The power of the brand What does this brand consistently excel at? Guests feel safer purchasing from a trusted reputation.
2 The power of the key ingredients Spotlight one or two ingredients that matter. Keep the language simple and focused on results.
3 What makes it uniquely different Every product has a signature story: a delivery system, a clinical study, a specialty blend or a clear“ why this one?” point of difference.

4 Why it is best for that shopper, that day This is where value becomes personal. A few examples: l“ This product has been proven to improve hydration by 93 percent in seven days.” l“ Your muscles were super tight today. This will extend your massage benefits for days.” l“ This setting spray will lock in your makeup for up to 12 hours with no touch-ups needed.”
Pricing confidence comes from the same place. Train teams to“ price anchor” by pairing a premium product with its promised result. Guests buy results, not bottles. Value talk always works better than discount talk. When a product solves a real need, price resistance drops and trust rises. n
