We have heard from so many members this summer also needing a pause . You have shared your concerns about spas attempting to rebuild after a spate of devastating storms and wildfires . Once again , you have generously expressed an outpouring of love and support for our beloved spa community . As an industry , we are not immune to the effects of tragedy , but we remain strong because our communities need us . Our guests rely on us to be there , to deliver on our shared purpose of healing and unity that is woven into the fabric of spa ’ s promise of restoration and rejuvenation .
We also need to ensure we heal the healers . ISPA is a tapestry of compassionate industry leaders united in LOVE ! You are standing strong , and ISPA stands with you . In coming months , Pulse will devote space to discuss disaster preparedness and recovery . We are only as strong as our members ’ collective voice , so please continue to share your stories and your wisdom .
