MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
RENEWAL STARTS HERE.
NOW MORE THAN EVER, it is important to stay connected
and rely upon the collective strength of this industry
to continue the creation and distribution of
educational resources that have benefitted thousands of professionals
throughout the pandemic. Renewing your ISPA membership
will give you uninterrupted access to continued ISPA
resources and member benefits including research on pertinent
trends in the industry.
Earlier this year, ISPA provided a complimentary three-month
membership extension through
September 30, 2020 due to COVID-19.
Members can renew by paying
via mailed renewal notice, or by
paying online. We know that times
are uncertain and situations vary
for our members. If your company
is not open at this time or you

Stipend
ISPA’S EMERGING BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
STIPEND PROGRAM helps new businesses
cover the majority of the cost of an annual
ISPA membership with the goal of providing
access to invaluable resources that will help
start-ups thrive in the spa industry. Businesses
that have been in operation three years or less,
have fewer than 12 employees and a total
annual revenue of less than US$400,000 are
eligible. If selected, the stipend covers US$500 of
the annual membership fee. The remaining
balance due is dependent upon the membership
type selected and must be paid prior to the
activation of the membership. Applications are
reviewed within one work week and up to six
stipends are awarded each month. Consideration
is made in the order the applications are
received. Companies can receive up to two annual
stipends during their first three years of business.

ISPA has partnered with the International
Coaching Federation
(ICF)—the world’s leading accreditor
of professional and personal coaches—to
provide pro bono coaching sessions to
ISPA members. As part of ICF’s Coaches for Good initiative, ISPA members can receive
two complimentary coaching sessions and choose from more than 1,000
ICF-credentialed coaches.
