With two decades of luxury hospitality industry experience , Rogers will oversee all day-to-day operations of the 30-acre beachfront sanctuary . Rogers joins Montage Laguna Beach from Fontainebleau Miami Beach , where she was the first female general manager since the hotel ’ s opening in 1954 .

With over 18 years in spa management , Severson has worked with Graton Resort & Casino , Kalahari Resorts & Conventions and Sundara Inn & Spa . l Earlier this year , Mohonk Mountain House welcomed Margaret Lora as their new director of spa . Lora is a senior executive with over 15 years of combined experience in general management , sales and marketing for full-service hospitality operations . l Garden of the Gods Resort and Club has appointed Kelly Stoinski as wellness coach and Ayurvedic health counselor , a newly created position within its internationally acclaimed STRATA Integrated Wellness and Spa . l Lisa Ancona has been named Spa Director at the Spa at Norwich Inn after 11 years with the company . Ancona worked her way up from Massage and Facial Supervisor to Spa Manager , and in her new role , she will look to create new spa services to allow for more versatility in offerings for new and existing customers . l Former ISPA Board member Damian Craft recently accepted the role of Executive Director of Spa & Wellness at the Amrit Ocean Resort .
