Resource partners report similar employee desires
For nearly two-thirds of resource partners , flexible schedules were also the number one incentive they offer to keep employees energized and minimize burnout . With almost three in five resource partners reporting , performance bonuses came next . Two-thirds of resource partner respondents give staff shoutouts in team meetings and more than half provide raises / bonuses to incentivize or celebrate employee success . Currently , three-quarters do not have a process in place to recognize top client performance .
