On any day of the year , an ISPA member may be searching for an advocacy update or a recording of the virtual Town Hall they missed , or seeking a prospective partner in the member directories . Every minute of your time is valuable , and if you cannot remember the exact name of the resource you need , browsing until a term looks familiar can be frustrating .
If you are unsure where to find something , an important feature to remember is the search bar . The website ’ s search bar can be revealed by clicking the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page . Sometimes less is more : If your search is yielding no results , try shortening your search phrase and double-checking your spelling . Is your team getting the most out of ISPA ’ s online member resources ?
You may be aware each ISPA membership has one primary member designated to receive renewal notices , receipts and invoices . This individual also enjoys a subscription to Pulse and an online account to access education resources , research reports and membership directories on experienceispa . com . Depending on your company ’ s ISPA membership level , you may have the ability to share these ISPA resources with up to 20 colleagues and direct reports . Spa Premiere , Spa Premiere Plus , Service Provider Premiere and all Vendor membership levels allow additional individuals access to these resources as auxiliary members .
To maximize professional development and networking opportunities among your team , be sure to use all the auxiliary member spots available to you and update your members when anyone on your team shifts roles . The primary contact can update auxiliary members at any time when logged in to their online profile page , by clicking on “ Manage my Membership .” ISPA staff can also assist with adding or reassigning individual member roles for your spa or company .
