“ Quarterly team meetings structured to share finances and sales, quality report updates, HR updates( highlighting good comments, new hires, etc.), marketing updates( promotions, new products, new training, etc.), engineering updates. The last 30 minutes of the meeting goes to any topics the team wants to discuss. We get their topics in advance, so we are prepared.”
