At the beginning of each month , a listing is posted on our employee informational board highlighting all anniversaries , allowing team members to extend congratulatory messages and a kind word . It is my pleasure to continue the celebration and compose a personalized card and deliver this along with credits that can be applied toward in-house purchases . We also bestow a years-of-service pin to those celebrating milestones . Each spring , a dinner is hosted for those celebrating 10-plus years .
