Remember : ISPA staff will never contact you via phone or email to make a hotel reservation . Unfortunately , large conferences are often a target for scammers who will try to convince you otherwise . Every year , ISPA members report unscrupulous characters trying to solicit hotel reservations by phone and overcharging for rooms , so if you are approached by a hotel booking “ service ,” please notify ISPA staff .

Throughout the year , you may also hear from list brokers who claim to have ISPA ’ s Conference attendees lists , offering to sell it for a fee . These individuals are not affiliated with ISPA and their claims are simply untrue . ISPA never sells its attendee or vendor lists .

Select the Member icon again , then click “ My Account ” to view your profile . In the “ Manage My Membership ” tab , you will find the link to “ Manage ” the individual members affiliated with your membership .

Individual members on your spa or company ’ s account will receive their own password to log in and access benefits at experienceispa . com . They also have the option to receive Pulse magazine , no matter where their office is located .
