Strong Luxury Results Point to Sustained Leisure Travel

FIRST-QUARTER REVENUE per available room( RevPAR) results point to a resilient U. S. hotel industry across most price points. Following a year of steady deceleration in 2025, the opening quarter of 2026 appears to signal durable demand from both the traveling public and corporate customers.
This bodes well for ancillary services such as spas and other treatments.
