Volunteer groups: Shaping strategy and industry direction
For those ready to contribute at a deeper, strategic level, ISPA offers curated volunteer groups that influence key areas of the organization and industry, ensuring the association’ s direction is informed by a well-rounded collection of member voices.
RESOURCE PARTNER TASK FORCE A committee of exhibitors who collaborate to share insights and provide feedback to consistently improve and evolve the Expo floor at the ISPA Conference. Through monthly collaboration calls, members directly influence future event success— from logistics to innovation.
INDUSTRY COLLABORATION GROUP A dynamic collective of respected corporate spa headquarters leaders who convene regularly to exchange insights and share organizational perspectives. This group serves as a vital sounding board for the ISPA Team, offering real-world feedback that helps shape initiatives, address emerging challenges and identify opportunities across the industry.
Why are there criteria to participate in a volunteer group?
ISPA’ S VOLUNTEER GROUPS are topic-driven, and based on the topic, a more tenured member perspective may be needed.
For example, the Resource Partner Task Force dives into the details of the Expo and sponsorship process. In a conversation about shipping efficiencies, a representative should be able to speak to those areas within their organization.
The criteria ensure the right expertise is at the table— maximizing the impact of every discussion.
